Gridlock

Drama • Ireland • 20 minutes

A thriller set during a traffic jam on a country road. When a little girl goes missing from one of the cars, her father forms a desperate search party to find her, and soon everyone is a suspect.

Just go!

Comedy • Latvia • 11 minutes

Inspired by the incredible true story of Just who lost both of his legs in a childhood accident. Just meets Ieva and they start a flirty conversation that is interrupted by two thieves, who rob Ieva. In the blink of an eye Just decides to follow the thieves to retrieve Ieva’s bag and conquer her heart.

Pool

Drama • Brazil • 20 minutes

Claudia decides to investigate her grandmother’s past and through a letter, she finds Marlene, an old German lady who lives in Brazil and keeps her memories inside a pool without water. During the visit, the old lady reveals details of her life that intersect with Claudia’s grandmother’s past, a German fugitive of the 2nd World War.

Set Adrift

The moving ‘tail’ of Patch the dog. When his beloved owner goes missing, he is forced to work out what is real and what is just a memory.

The Lotto

What would happen if the Grim Reaper found a Lotto Ticket? This animated ‘pixilation’ short follows just such an event. Grim Reaper sets out on the daily rounds of soul collecting and comes into the possession of a winning lottery ticket. However today is the day that something unique happens to the nightmarish character which brings a new twist to an old tale.
